If there is an additional payment required, the goods will only be dispatched once the outstanding balance has been settled.

In the uncommon instance of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Deustore will, upon receiving the returned incorrect item, dispatch the correct item and refund the return postage.

Our staff at Deustore dedicate significant effort to meticulously packing goods to ensure their secure delivery to the customer. If a product is found to be damaged in transit or is deemed faulty, please reach out to us within 3 working days of order receipt. We will facilitate the arrangement for a replacement or refund and the return of the faulty item through first-class post.
